"The sessions offer a secure, supportive and open environment. The pace of the conversation and unbiased facilitation helps resolve issues. Your mind is in a more clear space in the session which helps one talk and think through situations. The sessions improve your approach." Client testimonial
Getting started:
Appointments are available Monday to Friday during office hours and in the evening. At our initial session we will explore what has brought you see me, what you would like to achieve and agree a plan for how to proceed including session times, length, frequency and duration.
When we schedule the first appointment you will receive a phone call from the reception team to obtain a pre-authorisation of payment for the session - this can be done by credit or debit card. However payment of sessions can be made by cash, cheque or by a BACS payment on receipt of invoice.
Counselling and Psychotherapy for individuals:
The initial session fees are £60 during daytime office hours and £70 after 5pm.
The fee for ongoing sessions may vary depending upon the session plan including factors such as time of day, frequency, duration and quantity.
Couples and Relationship Counselling:
The initial session fee for daytime office hours is £85, after 5pm £100.
The fee for ongoing sessions may vary depending upon the session plan including factors such as time of day, frequency, duration and quantity.
General:
Sessions are confidential and I work within the UKCP and BACP's ethical frameworks, details of which are available on the relevant bodies websites. Whilst I keep your contact details I do not take session notes. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card.
I am registered and recognised with a range of private health insurance companies including Bupa, WPA and PRUHealth. Typically they require you to obtain authorisation for treatment from your insurance company prior to starting. Your provider may require either a GP or Psychiatrists referral and in such cases I have colleagues with whom I can put you in contact. If your provider will be making payment directly please advise when making the first appointment and bring your authorisation details to the first session.
