Therapy Services in London
Here at Nicholas Rose & Associates we offer the number 1 therapy service in Chiswick. Together we will consider your life and how you experience it with the aim of understanding the aspects with which you are currently struggling. We do not have answers to how you should be approaching life, rather we offer a facilitative relationship so that you can reach the unique answers that suit you.
Our Individual Therapy encourages you to consider your life and how you experience it with the aim of understanding the aspects with which you are currently struggling.
This treatment is often suitable for children and young people with emotional or behavioural difficulties. Our child and adolescent Therapists use a multidisciplinary approach and operate within the framework of the child's lifestyle.
We pride ourselves on being Chiswick’s leading couple Therapy service and provide a warm, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
As we work together we will support you to consider what you are finding helpful so that we can further focus our efforts in the most constructive way.
Family Therapists work with families and family members to help them find constructive ways to help each other. Families are like small and unique communities, and like all communities they sometimes get into difficulties through their differences with one another, or feel the strain when family members experience troubles. Marybeth Mendenhall is our Associate Family Therapist
Solution Focused Brief Therapy
Solution Focused Brief Therapy offered by Marybeth Mendenhall, is a short term, goal oriented approach that enables clients to focus on what they want to achieve by looking at what is working rather than on focussing on what is not working.
Brief Therapy focuses on finding solutions to problems and is based on exploring the present with an eye towards changing the future.
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) otherwise known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is a condition that clients can bring to psychotherapy.
M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) was recognised in 1969 by the World Health Organisation as a disease which impairs the function of the Central Nervous System. Despite the disabling effects of this condition, some of which are similar to M.S., it is little known and barely understood by a significant proportion of the medical profession.
If you or your significant other have been diagnosed with M.E., you may welcome the opportunity to talk in therapy about how the symptoms affect your daily life, your relationship and your ability to work, about the frustrating wait many experience in getting a diagnosis and the fact there are few supportive treatment programmes available which are tailored to the individual.
