Adriana is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering both face to face and online therapy and a registered member of the BACP. She works with individuals and couples drawing from psychoanalytic and existential approaches.
She has trained in Existential Counselling & Psychotherapy and in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. She has received additional specialist training in Bereavement & Loss, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. She enjoys continually expanding on her training and development.

She has worked in the field of counselling and psychotherapy in London and abroad for a number of organisations including Westminster Mind, Cruse Bereavement and the NHS IAPT service.
Her previous experience in the corporate world working for multinational organisations across the globe at a managerial level also informs her practice, as she understands the challenges of the corporate working environment and its impacts upon individuals.
Adriana has a breadth of experience in working with life transitions such as young adulthood, motherhood, midlife, bereavement & loss and the anxiety, sense of despair and sometimes depression brought about from these changes in life.
