Tom Godsal - Associate Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Tom is a registered psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). Tom is also Member of the Society for Existential Analysis.

Based in Harley Street, Central London he offers short and long term counselling and psychotherapy to adults on an individual basis. Tom works with people suffering from depression, anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, negative childhood experiences, relationship and work related issues
Tom has an integrative approach when working with clients drawing from his training in psychodynamics, humanistic and existential psychotherapy.
As well as working in private practice, Tom has worked as a Counsellor for the mental health charity MIND. For the last four years Tom has been working in the NHS, he currently works as a psychotherapist in both primary care (G.P. surgery) and secondary care, complex case unit in a North London NHS hospital.
Tom's training includes a five year post- graduate program in Counselling and Psychotherapy at The School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology, London. Tom was awarded the Hans. W. Cohn Award for Excellence by The Society of Existential Analysis.
