Years in practice - Since 1993
John is a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist of 15 years standing, accredited with NLPtCA – the Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling Association offering both in-Person and online therapy.
He works with most psychological issues faced by individuals and couples, particularly early family trauma, anxiety and depression. He is experienced at working with underlying family dynamics and patterns of emotional behaviour.
Services:
His approach is relational, based principally in NLPTherapy and drawing on Family Constellation Therapy and several other Body-oriented, Psychodynamic and Humanistic therapeutic approaches, including Somatic Experiencing, Gestalt and Pesso Boyden Psychomotor.
