Carer Support for Young carers

Supporting and caring for someone who is ill, disable, old or with mental health problem can be a rewarding but challenging role. Being a carer can be mentally and physically exhausting and isolating. Sometime people look after someone for a short time but sometime they care for a long term and when they are caring for a family member this is added to the day-to-day file. Lots of Young people care for someone else in their family and when you have to fit it in around school or work  it can be a tiring and difficult job.

Talking to a therapist can provide the necessary support in a relaxed and friendly environment allowing any carer to have a little time for themselves.
