It results in unfair treatment. If you are been treated differently from other people only because of who you are or because you possess certain characteristics, you may have been discriminated against. If you feel uncomfortable with this and you would like to speak to someone about it, talking to a therapist can offer a non judgemental space to explore your concerns.
