Discrimination Support and Therapy
In human social behaviour, discrimination is a prejudiced treatment or consideration of a person based on the group, class or category to which they are perceived or actual belong. It results in unfair treatment. If you are been treated differently from other people only because of who you are or because you possess certain characteristics, you may have been discriminated against. If you feel uncomfortable with this and you would like to speak to someone about it, talking to a therapist can offer a non judgemental space to explore your concerns.
We provide a safe and private place where you can talk confidentially. Our therapists will listen, be supportive and encouraging to help you to talk through your experiences and find ways to move forward.
